8. Drinks

If you wish to buy any drinks from our list, we will take care of the collection, storage, service and recycling. Sale or return available on full unopened cases of six.

Please select the menu for your wedding. This form can be submitted as early as you wish to enable you to discuss your menu and ask any questions. Once the form is received, Patrick will be in touch to arrange a call.

If you have already had a call with Patrick to go through your choices, you do not need to fill out this part of the form.

It is important we are made aware of all guest dietary requirements so that we can look after them accordingly. Many of the dishes can be adjusted to accommodate dietary requirements and gluten free bread is always available. 

Any questions or requests can be added to the text boxes and we will follow up with a call or email to discuss.

we use gluten free flour and gluten free panko breadcrumbs for all our breaded canapés

if you or any of your guests have nut allergies, we omit nuts from any canapés that have them

  • *burrata can be replaced with burella to make this dish suitable for vegan guests. burella is an excellent alternative to burrata, but it’s not as good as burrata
  • gluten free bread is available for any guests requiring this
  • we use gluten free flour and gluten free panko breadcrumbs for all our breaded dishes
  • where dishes are marked as (v/ve) we create the dish according to guests dietary requirements, which relies on your spreadsheet having all guests’ relevant information when they rsvp

  • our chicken pies are made in a tapas dish with a filo pastry top

Your Evening Buffet

Please select up to 3 options and the quantities of each. Your band/DJ will need to be factored in to the evening buffet numbers as well. 

We suggest you plan to cater for 80% of your day guests, but 100% of any additional evening guests.

We assume you will have your wedding cake to add to the evening buffet too. 


Notion

Once you have submitted your forms, the information is gathered up and stored in our Notion database; Notion is a workspace where we can write, plan, and think. We are able to manage your wedding in a single space. You can collaborate with us in real time. Notion is available as a downloadable desktop and mobile application for Mac or PC. It's free for individual use.
